Californians for Justice

From 2014-2020, I was a Research Fellow at Californians for Justice, where I worked collaboratively with organizers and youth leaders to design, conduct, analyze, and report research. I helped design and carry out research methodology to examine the impacts and importance of their campaigns and leadership development work. For example, this involved designing interview protocol and conduct interviews with young people, staff, educators, and school administration. I also conducted survey analysis. I collaborated with CFJ to present findings in accessible and powerful ways– including reports, briefs, fact sheets.
